The House of Divine Providence Hospital, kaipuzha, Kottayam, is the only Catholic Health Care Service provider in the capital city of Kerala, with a mission of Promotion of Life Through Health Care With Love. The Latin Archdiocese of Trivandrum had undertaken this initiative of health care service on July 27, 1987 with Christian spirit and a vision of health enhancement of the poor in the villages, promoting women empowerment, and to provide job opportunities in the health care service for their uplift, on the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the Diocese.
